A dramatic change Jan. 2, 2014

 Shock!

The New Year brought a startling change as she has yanked down all of the content from her Facebook pages, the regular one, and the one she had set up for her art work.

This last I suspect she had put up as a challenge to similar pages I had put up on my Facebook page previously (perhaps just a silly notion).

Her arts page was set up to display her music, fine art and photography in an effort to once again reinvent herself. But it was largely a short-lived effort since she cease to post anything on it since last spring, and apparently gave up on the idea (although it is clear our boss had been looking at it last January when eh saw her photos of the gas line and wanted me to do the same for the company website).

She apparently abandoned the arts page about the same time as her troubling health issues struck and she plunged deep into her whole foods cure, when she established a whole new website – which she ceased updating by the fall.

She had, however, until yesterday, maintained her regulate Facebook page, even the external layer to which I had access, a page she started back in 2009 when she still lived in New York State, allowing her closest friends and family to keep tabs on her

Pulling everything down on New Year’s Eve is significant, even if I’m not in a position as to determine what.

One of her last posts was that photograph of her former paper with my story on the front page, which may or may not have been some kind of statement aimed at me, although the complete gutting of her Facebook page cannot be solely (if at all) about me.

The newspaper photo was accompanied by another image of a large stuffed animal with its eyes pulled out and redrawn in, something she clearly believes is significant.

Still, she has not yet yanked down content from her two YouTube sites, nor removed content from her poetry blog or her food review site, either not planning to or has not yet found time to do so.

The last photo I saw posted on her Facebook page showed her seated in the kitchen of her mother’s house. She looked disheveled, overly made up, and extremely thin.

But in killing her two Facebook pages, she is clearly sending a message to someone and is a significant sign of change, in another apparent attempt to reinvent herself.

Since her last posted poem involved her need for time and her need to believe she can be redeemed, I had to think she is in the midst of a serious identity crisis, and that she is on the verge of doing something dramatic.

What this might be, I can’t predict.

Will she finally leave the scene? Or will she take revenge on someone?
