What does it mean to surrender completely,
To trust enough to let someone
Do what they want, to think you need,
To give pleasure or withhold it,
To lead you places you may or many not go on your own,
You need not speak to give into it,
And perhaps such lessons can be best given with a touch,
The soft caress, the kiss, the moment the moist corners
Where your world sparks with fire, and then,
Let it linger, unabated, leaving you to crave it,
That touch, that kiss, that trusting,
The person knowing you better than you know yourself,
Willing to give all blindly into that person’s needs
You aching to please, giving yourself up for them,
Surrender meaning being free, no need to chose,
Accepting what is chosen for you, drawing you in,
Becoming blind to be able to feel more, taste more
Find more pleasure in something you might not expect exists,
Can you trust so much as to walk blindly, feeling only
The hand that guides you, hearing only the voice
That gives you comfort in that darkness,
Can you surrender so completely, and find love in that?
