I dive into the deepest part of you,
Knowing I can’t swim,
Unable to hold my breath for long,
Needing to rise to the surface
Before I drown,
But can’t so that either,
Breathing in only you,
Filling my lungs and head
With all that is inside of you,
A desperate plunge from which
I already know there is no escape,
Know I do not want to escape,
Filling myself up to capacity
So I can do nothing in the end but explode,
Inside and outside,
Deep in the deepest part
Never willing or able
To come up for air
